Job Description:
8 10 years HR experience in manufacturing / small to medium size plant (preferred if managed office and distributed workforce)
Open to be based at Tarapur location with flexibility to travel to Mumbai twice a month. Open to relocation candidate also.
High potential likely a 2nd inline candidate in medium to large plant who aspire to be plant HR Lead.
Must have handled shopfloor workforce (not just corporate HR)
Strong Labour Law & Compliance Depth
- Hands-on ownership of PF ESIC Bonus Gratuity CLRA Factory Act MLWF
- Experience managing audits inspections and statutory filings independently
Industrial Relations
- Direct experience handling unions / worker committees
- Managed grievances disciplinary actions domestic enquiries
- Exposure to labour disputes / conciliation / legal cases
Fluent in Marathi Hindi English (spoken written)
Comfortable with execution-heavy role has personally managed payroll inputs attendance contractor labour
Worked in matrix / MNC environment team player stable profile
Nice to Have -
- Exposure to HRMS like SuccessFactors / SAP
- Led employee engagement / CSR initiatives
- Experience supporting insurance programs (GMC GPA GTL) and R&R rollouts
