Power Platform Developer

Key Responsibilities

• App Development: Design develop and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to replace manual or legacy processes.
• Automation: Create efficient automated workflows using Power Automate (both cloud and desktop flows) to streamline business processes and integrations.
• Data Integration: Connect apps to various data sources including Microsoft Dataverse SharePoint Online SQL Server and third-party APIs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business units to gather requirements analyze needs and translate them into functional user-friendly applications.
• UI/UX Design: Design intuitive user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) within Power Apps to maximize adoption.
• System Maintenance & Support: Troubleshoot debug and optimize existing solutions for performance and security.
• Data Modeling: Utilize Dataverse for advanced data modeling and management.
• Governance & Security: Ensure developed solutions comply with company data security policies including role-based access control (RBAC).
• Documentation & Training: Create technical documentation including design specifications user guides and training materials.

Required Technical Skills

• Expertise in Power Platform: Deep hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM C# JavaScript PCF controls CRM Plugins Connecting Power Platform with Azure SSIS SSRS TFS
• Power Fx: Proficiency in using Power Fx formula language.
• Data Sources: Experience with Dataverse SharePoint lists and SQL.
• Connectors: Ability to build and use custom connectors.
• Intermediate Coding: Familiarity with JavaScript TypeScript or JSON for extending functionality.
• Additional Tools: Experience with Power BI Power Virtual Agents (Copilot Studio) and Microsoft Teams integration.
