What Youll Do
As a central point of contact for our key stakeholders you will bridge the gap between engineering excellence and customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day will include:
Leading Programs: Developing Statements of Work (SOW) assembling cross-functional teams and defining clear deliverables.
Strategic Oversight: Managing full-scale project timelines and navigating the critical path using advanced project management toolkits.
Risk Management: Proactively identifying documenting and mitigating risks to ensure seamless delivery.
Stakeholder Synergy: Acting as the primary liaison for customers ensuring expectations are met and communication is transparent.
What You Bring
Experience: 3 years in a Project Engineering or Project Management role.
Industry Knowledge: A background in Injection Molding or Contract Manufacturing is required. (Medical device experience is a significant plus).
The Soft Skills: You are a natural communicator who can lead teams resolve conflicts and manage direct customer interactions with ease.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Project Teams). Experience with Smartsheet or similar PMIS is preferred.
