Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant High Radius

Seeking a talented motivated individual who can excel in a high growth environment. The Solution Architect role is a high impact position that will play a significant role in the continued growth and development.

Responsibilities

Should act as a POD lead

Conduct and drive requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple customer stakeholders keeping the customer focused on the end goal

Conduct as-is and To-Be design sessions

Own the Business process design and solution for a set of projects

Conduct Demo sessions for client stakeholders

Develop a clear knowledge about the customers current process and deliver the documented To-be solution documents and future processes

Identify solution gaps and develop appropriate gap closure options

Present and discuss the current processes future state processes and solution options recommendations and implications/risks

Directly interact with executives and stakeholders on the customers side to agree on the proposed design and achieve customer buy-in

Establish and maintain strong relationships with product team engineering teams and client SMEs

Able to effectively use the established frameworks in requirement gathering design documentation and sign off

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

High experience in F&A domain (Experience in Order to Cash/ Accounts Receivable is a must)

Knowledge of High Radius tool

Relevant experience as a Solution Architect/ Business Architect/ AR Analyst/ AR Manager or equivalent role demonstrating management and leadership experience preferably in a fast-paced consulting/professional services set-up

Customer Interaction Skills

Exposure to Integration Mechanism

Goof Knowledge of SQL

ExcellentMS office skills

Working knowledge of ERPs like Oracle SAP or SaaS solutions

Good verbal and written communication skills appropriate for Executive level communication
