About the Role :

Our expansion has created the need for an energetic and motivated Product Owner to joinour Product Management Team. If you would like to work at a fast-paced company that isexperiencing high growth keep reading. As a Product Owner you will play a critical role on our Product team to drive continuedcompany growth. The ideal candidate for this role has experience working in productmanagement and will partner with key areas across the business to drive new developmentideas from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Create maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value andstakeholder feedback
Write clear concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria that theengineering team can execute.
Lead core Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning Backlog Refinement and DailyStand-ups
Act as the voice of the customer balancing competing requirements from SalesMarketing and Executive leadership to ensure clear project direction.
Review and sign off on completed features to ensure they meet the Definition ofDone and align with the original product vision
Partner with Product Management to translate the long-term product roadmap intoshort-term delivery goals and release plans
Representing articulating and coordinating technical implementations of solutionswith internal stakeholders customers and prospects

Skills required:

5 years of experience managing an Agile backlog for a technical solution
Bachelors degree in business management or some other related field is preferred
Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholdersexplaining complex concepts clearly to both.
An effective listener that can get to the root of customer problems/needs
Coachability and willingness to take and apply feedback when necessary
Open to and eager to learn new concepts and practices
Confident clear and concise oral and written communicator
Highly organized & flexibility in working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
A data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to pivot priorities whenbusiness needs change.
