• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project plans timelines and budgets and track project progress
• Identify and manage project risks issues and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate and allocate resources including internal team members and external vendors to ensure project success
• Communicate project status updates and risks to stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices

• 5 years of experience in IT project management including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team.
• Proven success in delivering complex IT projects meeting quality budget and timeline expectations.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Relevant industry certifications such as PMP ScrumMaster or similar.
• Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and strategic IT initiatives.
• Strong project portfolio management skills.
• A passion for staying current with emerging industry trends and best practices.
