Primary Purpose:
Provide reception and clerical assistance for the efficient operation of the Administration office. Will also be responsible for financial duties related to maintenance transportation and athletics. Maintaining confidentiality is required.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Required: High school diploma GED or recognized equivalent
Preferred: College coursework or degree
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Proficient keyboarding skills
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Ascender experience is preferred
Effective organization communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow written instructions
Experience:
Minimum: One-year clerical experience in office setting
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
ADMINISTRATION RECEPTION
- Greet and direct district visitors
- District phone operator
- Refer inquiries or concerns to the appropriate department
- Maintain the district digital marquee with all upcoming events
MAINTENANCE/TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT DUTIES
- Quotes and Bids documentation
- Requisitions and purchase orders with appropriate account codes
- Mileage Reports
- Reconcile department time sheets
- Transportation Reports including TEA Route Report and Operations Report
- Provide clerical assistance as needed
- Other duties as assigned
ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT DUTIES
- Initiate requisitions and purchase orders for all athletic department needs
- Book travel arrangements as needed
- Prepare UIL event documentation
- Post athletic events to the district calendar
- Post the online ticket sales link in accordance with the athletic schedule
- Responsible for the management of reserved football ticket sales
- Provide clerical assistance as needed
- Other duties as assigned
BUSINESS OFFICE DUTIES
- Verify district deposits and post in Ascender
- Support Business Office with data entry and clerical assistance as needed
- Maintain sales tax reports
- Other duties as assigned

Multi-line phone system personal computer printer copier and fax machine
Working Conditions:
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:
