Analyst – Analytics and Visualization

We are seeking a skilled Analyst – Analytics and Visualization to support the design development and delivery of high-quality data analytics and visualization solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in business intelligence dashboard development and working with large-scale datasets preferably within a healthcare or enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar platforms
• Translate business requirements into insightful visualizations and analytics solutions
• Collaborate with Data Engineers Data Architects and ETL teams to ensure efficient data integration and data warehouse design
• Work with large and complex datasets ensuring performance optimization across ETL reporting tools and databases
• Support data governance and master data management initiatives
• Apply data mining and basic predictive analytics techniques to derive insights from structured and unstructured data
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to collect validate and report data as per defined standards
• Ensure adherence to data quality reporting standards and SLAs
• Stay updated with industry trends in analytics data visualization and healthcare IT
• Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics processes and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics business intelligence or data visualization roles

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau etc.)
• Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Business Objects Cognos OBIEE) is an advantage
• Solid understanding of SQL and database concepts
• Experience with ETL processes and data integration tools
• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts (EDW Data Marts)
• Ability to work with large-scale datasets (terabyte-level preferred)
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques across BI and database layers
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to healthcare data / clinical systems
• Understanding of data governance frameworks
• Experience in predictive analytics or data mining
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
