RR-Basis Middleware Consultant

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily SAP Basis operations (system monitoring job management user administration transports)

• Manage system installations upgrades patches and kernel updates

• Handle transport management and coordinate changes across environments (DEV QA PRD)

• Monitor system performance and perform tuning activities

• Support incident problem and change management processes (e.g. ServiceNow)

• Ensure system security backups and disaster recovery readiness

• Work closely with functional and technical teams to resolve issues

• Support audits and ensure compliance with IT policies

Requirements

• 36 years of SAP Basis experience

• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture transports and system administration

• Experience with SAP HANA and/or S/4HANA is an advantage

• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow) and change control processes

• Good troubleshooting and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS Azure or GCP)

• Exposure to SAP Solution Manager or monitoring tools

• Basic scripting/automation knowledge
