Lets start with the role

As a Product Owner of the Sportsbook Platform you will drive the vision and development of sportsbook products applying agile best practices to maximize the business value of the teams Sportsbook Platform is an in-house product that powers the offering of sports events markets and odds to our customers while also managing their betting activity. As the backbone of our sportsbook product it plays a vital role in meeting the needs of internal users and ensuring top-notch experiences for our customers.

• Lead one Scrum team as the Product Owner;
• Create requirements in the forms of epics and user stories;
• Manage the backlog and iteration planning process;
• Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectations for the delivery of new functionalities;
• Mitigate impediments impacting the release/sprint goals;
• Support the team and organization by using agile / scrum best practices and promote agile values;
• Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI;
• Participate in roadmap planning define KPIs and establish success metrics for all features;
• Explore the market to identify opportunities and represent the voice of the customer to the team.

• At least 2 years of working experience as a Product Owner in a tech-driven environment;
• Solid agile experience;
• Proven ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them;
• Exceptional ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
• Experience in sportsbook product is not mandatory but a keen interest in learning about the industry is essential;
• Scrum Product Owner certification is an asset;
• Good understanding of technology programming languages and software architecture is considered a plus.
