Job Summary
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for direct-hire positions in Japan including sourcing screening interviewing and offer negotiation.
Market Expertise: Leverage knowledge of the Japanese IT services market to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals in Japan for current and future hiring needs.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on progress and market trends.
Qualifications & Skills
Language: Native-level Japanese.
Experience:
Campus hiring experience with IT industry.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT roles (e.g but not limited to software engineers project managers cloud specialists).
Soft Skills: Strong communication negotiation andrelationship-buildingskills.
Tools: Experience with ATS systems and sourcing platforms (Workday LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and other sourcing channels in Japan market).
