Student Instructional Dates:6/8-6/11; 6/15-6/18; 6/22-6/25; 6/29-7/2; 7/6-7/9; 7/13-7/16;7/20-7/23; 7/27-7/30*
Teacher Hours (with the exception of 7/27-7/30): 7:15 am - 5:15 pm; 7/27-7/30: 7:45 am - 4:45 pm
StudentHours (with the exception of 7/27-7/30): 7:30 am - 5:00 pm; 7/27-7/30: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

PROGRAMSUMMARY
Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) is a state-funded free10hour per weekdayearly learning program for children who have not participated in the school-year VPK program. The program is designed to prepare children for success in kindergarten.
REQUIREMENTS:
A valid active Florida educator certifcate in one of the following areas:
- Elementary Education K-6
- Pre-Kindergarten/Primary Education PK-3

Pasco County Schools utilizes the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse for fingerprinting and Level II background screening.
