KeyResponsibilities

• Processretirementapplicationsandapproveretirementsacrossmultipleservicecategories.
• Researchverifyandprocess:
• Retirementaccountwithdrawals
• Beneficiarydesignations
• Respondtomemberinquiriesandprovidesupportrelatedtoretirementandbenefitsprograms.
• Maintainandupdatememberrecordsandtrackinteractionsininternalsystems.
• Assistmembersbyexplainingbenefitprogramsandavailableoptions.
• Preparestandardcorrespondencerelatedtoretirementandbenefits.
• Reviewscananduploaddocumentsensuringproperworkflowrouting.
• Maintainaccuraterecordsfilesandreports.
• Perform administrative and program support tasks as assigned.

RequiredQualifications

• Completion of atleast30collegecredithours (relevantexperiencemaysubstitute)
• Minimumone(1)yearofexperience in:
• Generalofficeaccountingbenefitsorpayrollfunctions
• Usingacomputertoresearchandretrieveinformation
• MicrosoftOffice(WordExcel)
• Strongattentiontodetailandaccuracyinprocessingdocuments.
• Effectivewrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with structured supervision.
