About the role
The Contract & Vendor Relations Specialist plays a key role in supporting the procurement and contract management of IT services within the Enterprise Transformation division.
Working across a range of transformation initiatives you will lead and coordinate procurement activities support contract development and management and ensure vendor relationships deliver value performance and alignment with strategic priorities. You will operate at the intersection of business technology and procurement bringing a practical solutions-focused approach to sourcing contract coordination and vendor engagement.
This role will see you partnering closely with project teams Procurement Legal and vendors to ensure procurement processes are compliant efficient and fit-for-purpose in an agile delivery environment. You will also contribute to uplifting capability across the division supporting better vendor management practices improving contract visibility and enabling more effective commercial decision-making.
About the Team
This role sits within the Enterprise Transformation division which brings together business digital change and delivery expertise to enable sustainable enterprise-wide outcomes that optimise client experience employee experience and community impact.
You will join a small newly established team offering an exciting opportunity to help shape ways of working team culture and vendor management practices from the ground up.

What were looking for
Procurement & Vendor Management Experience
You bring experience in IT procurement and contract coordination with a solid understanding of contract lifecycle management. Youre confident supporting sourcing activities drafting and managing contracts and monitoring vendor performance to ensure value and compliance. Experience in a government or regulated environment will be highly regarded.
Detail-Oriented & Commercially Aware
You have a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities ensuring procurement and contract activities are accurate timely and aligned with governance requirements. You bring sound commercial awareness with the ability to interpret contract terms identify risks and support informed decision-making.
Collaborative & People-Focused Partner
You build strong relationships across business technology and vendor stakeholders working collaboratively to achieve outcomes. You are proactive adaptable and confident engaging with a range of stakeholders contributing to a positive team culture and supporting capability uplift across the division.
