About the Role
As a Trading Operations Executive within Risk and Trading youll play a pivotal role in supporting the UK and Ireland Trading Operations function across Paddy Power Sky Betting and Gaming and Betfair Sportsbook and Exchange platforms. Operating within a fastpaced global environment spanning Melbourne Dublin and Leeds youll help deliver a seamless customer experience by monitoring betting activity managing risk and making confident realtime decisions. Reporting to the Trading Operations Team Lead youll balance autonomy and collaboration while contributing to continuous improvement across trading operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage live betting markets across Sportsbook and Exchange platforms to support operational excellence
- Monitor betting activity identify risk and resolve errors in real time
- Manage and track escalated Risk Trading and Exchange queries through to resolution
- Identify process gaps and share insights to improve controls responsiveness and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with Sports Trading teams to minimise customer and business impact
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution
- Anticipate and resolve potential customer issues to support a smooth endtoend experience
