- 4.0 Instructional Hoursfor Students
- The student hours will be 7:30 am -11:30 am (6/8-7/20/2026)
- Students will participate Monday Thursday
PROGRAM SUMMARY
A state-required Summer Bridge Program will be provided by school districts to eligible students who completed a school-year Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) program from private and public providers prior to enrollment in kindergarten. Eligible students must have obtained a score below the 25th percentile on the PM 3 window of the VPK FAST. The Summer Bridge Program will have an emphasis on emergent literacy instruction grounded in the science of reading.
REQUIREMENT
- Associate Degree completion of 60 semester hours of college or passing score onthe ParaPro Assessment.

Pasco County Schools utilizes the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse for fingerprinting and Level II background screening.
