Must Haves:

5 years of product management experience in IT or digital services
Proven experience leading large-scale digital or IT transformation projects of delivering user-centric products in complex environments
Hands-on experience with Agile delivery Scrum and Lean product development and working with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels from executive sponsors to technical teams

Nice to have:

Experience with OPS IT project and architectural governance
Knowledge of OPS Digital accessibility and cybersecurity standards

Skill Set Requirements:

Core skills and experience:

5 years of product management experience in IT or digital services
