Must Haves:
- 5 years of product management experience in IT or digital services
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital or IT transformation projects of delivering user-centric products in complex environments
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery Scrum and Lean product development and working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels from executive sponsors to technical teams
Nice to have:
- Experience with OPS IT project and architectural governance
- Knowledge of OPS Digital accessibility and cybersecurity standards
