Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery and transformation initiatives across enterprise programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of transitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile driving organizational agility and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership coaching expertise and the ability to align technology delivery with business objectives
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience as a Senior Scrum Master in enterprise Agile environments.
Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum SAFe Kanban Lean).
Proven success in Agile transformations improving delivery rates reducing costs and enhancing team efficiency.
Experience with DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and cloud modernization.
Skilled in stakeholder management backlog refinement and program execution.
Excellent facilitation coaching and communication skills.
Education
Master of Science in Information Technology
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
