Job Summary

Acquire and grow strategic enterprise clients across Sub-Saharan Africa by positioning the companys Treasury & Trade Operating System as the core financial infrastructure powering their treasury payments cash & liquidity management FX and trade flows.

This role will secure anchor enterprise clients whose transaction volumes become foundational nodes within the companys financial network. Success means establishing the person as the treasury infrastructure layer for large corporates in the Financial sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive enterprise growth by identifying engaging and closing high-value clients within the financial sector.
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships with key decision-makers including CFOs Group Treasurers Heads of Finance and Treasury Operations Leaders.
  • Lead strategic sales conversations positioning Multigates solutions across:
    • Treasury & Liquidity Management
    • Receivables Automation
    • Multi-Bank Connectivity
    • Supply Chain Finance
    • Trade Finance
    • FX & Cross-Border Payments
  • Structure and negotiate complex high-value deals including multi-year enterprise agreements platform licensing and large-scale onboarding initiatives.

Key Competencies

  • Enterprise Sales Expertise: Proven ability to lead consultative sales in complex environments involving treasury operations multi-bank structures and regulatory considerations.
  • Strong Financial Acumen: In-depth knowledge of treasury liquidity management cross-border payments FX markets and trade finance.
  • Executive Influence: Demonstrated success engaging and negotiating with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Strong network and ability to connect with senior finance leaders across key industries.
  • Pipeline & Performance Management: Structured and disciplined approach to forecasting opportunity management and revenue delivery.
  • Commercial Communication: Ability to articulate value propositions clearly and translate complex solutions into tangible business outcomes.



Requirements

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (MANDATORY DO NOT APPLY IF NOT MET)

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in enterprise sales within the Financial Services / Banking sector.
  • Proven track record selling to banks fin-techs or financial institutions specifically in:
    • Transaction Banking
    • Treasury Solutions
    • Trade Finance
    • Payments / FX Infrastructure
  • Strong existing relationships with CFOs Treasurers and Finance Leaders within financial institutions.
  • Demonstrated experience closing enterprise deals ($250K ACV) within the financial services industry.

Candidates without direct Financial Institution experience will not be considered.
