Position Purpose:

• Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments entering patient demographics into system filing and maintaining patient medical records

• Specialty: Primary Care

• Location: 7901 Diley Rd Suite 200 Canal Winchester

• Hours of office: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm

What You Will Do:

• Welcome patients

• Register patients

• Gather insurance check demographics

• Soft collections

• Answering incoming calls

• EPIC

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent

• Licensure / Certification: N/A

• Experience: One to two years of medical office experience preferred

• Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred

• Basic computer skills required
