What Youll Do

As a central point of contact for our key stakeholders you will bridge the gap between engineering excellence and customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading Programs:Developing Statements of Work (SOW) assembling cross-functional teams and defining clear deliverables.

• Strategic Oversight:Managing full-scale project timelines and navigating the critical path using advanced project management toolkits.

• Risk Management:Proactively identifying documenting and mitigating risks to ensure seamless delivery.

• Stakeholder Synergy:Acting as the primary liaison for customers ensuring expectations are met and communication is transparent.

What You Bring

• Experience:3 years in a Project Engineering Program Management Program Engineering or Project Management role.

• Industry Knowledge:A background inInjection MoldingorContract Manufacturingis required. (Medical device experience is a significant plus).

• The Soft Skills:You are a natural communicator who can lead teams resolve conflicts and manage direct customer interactions with ease.

• Tech Savvy:Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Project Teams). Experience withSmartsheetor similar PMIS is preferred.
