Position Overview

The Land DevelopmentEngineering leadfor the Orlando (ORL) metro will spearhead thegrowth direction and performanceof McAdams Land Development Design practice. This leader will build and sustain strong relationships with private developers municipal partners and key regional stakeholders across Central Florida while leading a high-performing multi-disciplinary team delivering exceptional residential commercial and mixed-use projects.

As Leadyoullbe accountable for operational excellence project delivery quality and business developmentresults ensuring consistent execution aligned with McAdams standards culture and long-term strategicobjectives. This role also champions talent developmentcoaching mentoring and expanding the team to support growth elevate technical excellence and strengthen McAdams presence in the ORL market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction vision and growth of theORLLand Development practice.
• Cultivate trusted relationships withCentral Floridadevelopers landowners municipalities andreviewingagencies.
• Proactivelyidentifynew business opportunities and lead pursuit strategies for major development projects.
• Oversee execution of large-scale multi-disciplinary land development projects with strong project controls and financial performance.
• Ensure predictable project outcomes through effective scheduling budgeting and risk management.
• Recruit hire and develop high-performing teams to support long-term practice growth.
• Mentor staff and promote a collaborative learning-focused environment that supports career development.
• Drive operational excellence resource planning and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Skills Experience

• Professional Engineer (PE) licenserequired
• 10years of progressive experience in land development engineering
• Proven leadership delivering large-scale residential commercial and mixed-use projects
• Strong credibility withCentral Floridadevelopers municipalities and regulatory agencies
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex project portfolios
• Experience in business development and growinga regionalpractice
• Excellent communication leadership presence and emotional intelligence
