Grow a Land Development Project Team in Orlando

As the Land Development Engineering lead for the Orlando metro you will spearhead the growth of the McAdams Land Development Design this role you will build and sustain strong relationships with private developers municipal partners and key regional stakeholders across Orlando and surrounding areas while leading a high-performing multi-disciplinary team delivering exceptional residentialcommercialand mixed-use projects.

As leadyoullbe accountable for operational excellence project delivery quality and business development results in line with McAdams long-term will also champion talent developmentby coaching and expanding the team to support growth and strengthen McAdams presence in the Orlando metro.

• Professional Engineer (PE) licenserequired
• 10 years of progressive experience in land development engineering
• Proven leadership delivering large-scale residential commercial and mixed-use projects
• Strong credibility with Central Florida developers municipalities and regulatory agencies
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex project portfolios
• Experience in business development and growing regional practice
• Excellent communication leadership presence and emotional intelligence
