Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner who will:

Liaise with key stakeholder (Strategic Architecture community) to understand the product roadmap and strategic vision.
Collaborating with Product Management to align Encompass deployment operational capability and roadmap delivery.
Liaise with System and Strategic architects to understand technical direction including architectural runway.
Define and maintain an effective feature backlog aligned with the roadmap and architecture.
Define feature scope including acceptance criteria for all features.
Communicate business context for epics and features to the development teams.
Have a prioritized backlog ready for each Program Increment planning.
Act as a proxy for the customer during development activities to provide feedback on fitness and usability.
Act as a proxy for the end user personas to ensure all documentation are written from their point of view.
Accept features that are done according to an agreed definition of done.
Promote usage of AI for help improve both production improvement and work practices.
Communicate scope to stakeholders throughout delivery.
Interact with various departments like Professional Services Managed Services Platform Engineering etc to gather end user feedback and funnelling them in our product roadmap.

You should have

Tertiary qualifications in computer science or a related discipline.
10 years of overall experience. Prior Architect/Product Owner experience is good to have.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum. Experience with scaled agile practices is favourable.
Experience with ADO and DevOps.
Strong hands-on development experience in the past.
Demonstrating strong command on written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand technical design concepts current implementation and future enhancements on a technical scale.
Having fair understanding of cloud technologies preferable AWS but others are welcomed too.
Having exposure to container container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes will be preferred.
Have experience with Encompass product deployment and a strong understanding of operational pain points and usability challenges.
Having exposure to Operations and Deployment models in production environments.
