Entry-Level Clinical Research Role (Bilingual) Grow Into a Coordinator

Looking to break into clinical research or take the next step in your healthcare career Were hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) team member to support ongoing clinical trials in Austinwith a clear pathway to become a Clinical Research Coordinator.
In this role youll gain hands-on experience working alongside research professionals interacting with study participants and learning the ins and outs of clinical trial operations in a real-world setting.
What Youll Do:
Support patient visits by assisting with basic clinical procedures and documentation
Communicate with Spanish-speaking participants to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience
Collect and handle lab specimens in accordance with study guidelines
Enter and maintain accurate study data and patient records
Partner with the research team to keep studies running efficiently day-to-day
What Were Looking For:
Fluency in both Spanish and English (required)
Background in healthcare research or a clinical environment is a plus
Experience with blood draws or lab work is highly valued
Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Motivated to grow into a Clinical Research Coordinator position
