Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store administrative and back-office operations
Support payroll and timekeeping verification
Coordinate employee onboarding documentation and personnel files
Perform cash controls reconciliations and deposit documentation
Maintain accurate store records reports and compliance documentation
Communicate effectively with Corporate HR Accounting and Operations
Support audits operational reviews and process improvements
Assist store leadership with administrative and operational needs
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
35 years of administrative or operations experience (grocery or retail preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong communication skills
Bilingual Spanish/English strongly required
Schedule
This is an exempt position. The Operations Administrator is expected to work the hours necessary to meet the needs of the business. Schedules may vary based on operational requirements.
