Leadership Development Trainee

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Trainee to join our dynamic team in Hartford CT. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to build a strong foundation in leadership business operations and team management through hands-on experience and structured training.

As a trainee you will rotate through key functional areas gaining exposure to strategic planning team coordination and performance management all while being mentored by experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
