We are currently accepting applications for parts counter specialists at our reconditioning center located at our corporate campus in Edmond OK. Position is base hourly rate of $18 per with a five-day work week.
- Estimate parts requested by the Service Department from various sources.
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
- Work with parts manager to locate any parts currently not in stock.
- Complete special order part request.
- Communicate with internal customers on parts status.
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure parts department and inventory is well organized to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications :
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of relevant experience in an automotive parts department or retail store.
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Valid drivers license and good driving record.
