Lead Game Product Manager (Web & Mobile)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly seasoned product leader to drive the global scale of our gaming portfolioincluding the massive relaunch of our hit party game Tabuu (10M downloads). We need a Swiss Army Knife who thrives in the dynamic gaming sector capable of taking a game from its initial concept straight to the market. While your primary focus will be on our Game Hub you will also play a critical role in steering our enterprise app portfolio seamlessly switching between high-level monetization strategy and granular business analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the vision economy design and LiveOps strategy for our global gaming portfolio.
• Prepare comprehensive Game Design Documents (GDD) for our internal studios while also writing detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRD) for our enterprise clients.
• Act as the ultimate bridge between Software UI/UX and QA teams; owning the backlog Sprint planning and cross-functional delivery.
• Translate complex game mechanics and B2B/B2C business processes into clear User Stories and technical workflow diagrams.
• Track market dynamics aggressively managing project deadlines while fostering a highly motivated high-velocity engineering team.

Qualifications :

• At least 2-3 years of direct experience in mobile game production and Free-to-Play (F2P) economies.
• 5 years of total experience across Product Management Product Ownership or Business Analysis.
• A deeply data-driven mindset: you know how to manipulate and analyze core metrics like ARPDAU D1/D7 Retention and LTV to pivot product strategy.
• A hands-on approach: you are completely comfortable setting the overarching vision and then jumping into Jira/Confluence to write the specs.
• Strong mastery of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills able to align diverse teams of artists developers and stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities to clear workflow bottlenecks independently.

Bonus Skills

• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and LiveOps monetization scaling.
• A strong background in enterprise software navigating B2B business models.
• Ability to map out user journeys and wireframes using Figma Mermaid Miro or .
