Role Summary
We are looking for a Specialist Logistics Supply & Acquisition to lead the expansion optimization and performance management of our third-party logistics (3PL) network ensuring scalable and efficient operations. The role is responsible for maintaining sufficient delivery supply and driving strong partner performance.
Key focus areas include partner acquisition and negotiation supply planning performance tracking and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.

Whats On Your Plate

3PL Acquisition & Partnerships

• Identify evaluate and onboard new 3PL partners aligned with business needs and expansion plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics providers to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Analyze supply-demand gaps and ensure adequate fleet coverage across zones.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast logistics needs and plan capacity accordingly.
• Continuously optimize 3PL allocation to improve efficiency.
• Track and manage 3PL performance against KPIs.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners and drive improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with talabat standards policies and operational requirements.
• Work closely with operations finance and product teams to ensure smooth integration of 3PL partners.
• Support the rollout of new cities zones or services by securing logistics supply.
• Troubleshoot operational issues related to 3PL performance and scalability.
• Monitor key metrics and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Use data insights to identify opportunities for cost savings and service improvement.

Qualifications :

What Did We Order

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Logistics or a related field.
• 24 years of experience in logistics supply chain operations or partnerships.
• Proven experience in sourcing onboarding or managing 3PL partners is a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience with dashboards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
