Job Summary:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in Neuro Med/Surg Telemetry for a hospital-based assignment. This role involves caring for patients with neurological and medical conditions in a telemetry setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to neuro and Med/Surg telemetry patients
Monitor cardiac rhythms and neurological status
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Float between units as needed

Schedule & Work Details:

3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Weekend requirement: 6 weekend shifts per schedule period
No on-call required
Patient ratio: 1:4
48-hour schedules not approved

Requirements:

Active RN license
Minimum 1 year of experience required
First-time travelers accepted
Strong telemetry and neuro experience preferred
