- Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure project milestones are met.
- Lead the coordination with subcontractors suppliers and the project management team to maintain smooth workflow.
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers ensuring their work aligns with project goals.
- Conduct site surveys set out works and ensure all construction activities comply with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress prepare reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of construction.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
