(Sr.) Brand Manager- Eyecare Ozurdex
Job Summary
- Build and sustain strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to advance scientific exchange and advocacy.
- Translate field intelligence and stakeholder insights into actionable brand plans.
- Lead the planning and execution of activities for assigned indications including key messaging promotional materials and competitor monitoring.
- Design and implement platforms aligned with the indication strategy for DME/RVO.
- Partner with regional and global teams to align on go-to-market strategies and share best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or above in medicine pharmacy business or a related field.
- Proven experience in KOL management project design and management.
- experience in ophthalmology or specialty pharmaceuticals marketing is preferred.
- Strong communication stakeholder management and strategic agility skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese with proficiency in standard software applications
