Senior Project Manager Real Estate

As a Senior Project Manager you will be involved in:

• Leading construction delivery from pre-planning and tender through to commissioning deficiency clearance and turnover
• Acting as the primary Owners Representative and technical authority on a complex interior build
• Managing CCDC 5B contracts including CM fees reimbursable costs and conversion to stipulated price
• Overseeing General Contractors consultants and vendors and resolving issues before they impact cost or schedule
• Conducting constructability reviews during design-assist to proactively mitigate risk
• Translating technical challenges into clear executive-level reporting
• Driving schedule budget quality and safety performance

Qualifications :

What youll bring:

• 10 years of construction or project management experience on large commercial or corporate interior projects
• Proven delivery of CCDC 5B projects over $30M
• Strong leadership experience on multi-floor tenant improvements or base-building interiors
• Advanced negotiation and commercial acumen
• Expert technical knowledge of building codes construction methods and consultant coordination
• Proficiency in Bluebeam IWMS platforms and the Google ecosystem MS Outlook Word Excel Powerpoint & Project or P6
• Degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management or similar (PMP preferred)
• PMP certification is preferred.
