Job Summary
Role Overview
Responsible for delivering project management services during the construction phase of various addition engaged as a scheduler for complex construction works ensuring effective schedule planning coordination and control.
Also engaged in large-scale projects where multiple construction activities progress in parallel including major airport redevelopment projects reconstruction of facilities for a leading financial institution and hotel development projects requiring strong coordination and multi-project management capabilities.
各種プロジェクトの施工段階におけるプロジェクトマネジメント業務を担当あわせて複雑な工事におけるスケジューラーとしても従事し工程計画の策定関係者との調整進捗管理を通じてプロジェクトの円滑な遂行を支援
また複数の工事が同時並行で進行する大規模プロジェクトにも関与しており大規模空港関連プロジェクト主要金融機関の施設建て替えホテル開発プロジェクトなどにおいて高度な調整力とマルチプロジェクトマネジメント能力を発揮
