Role Overview

Ongoing data center developments and logistics facility projects are being initiated in Hokkaido. The role involves being engaged as the Project Manager for these projects with responsibility for overseeing planning execution and delivery to ensure successful completion in line with project objectives.

• Experience in overall schedule management
• Experience in quality control in construction
• Experience in safety management at construction sites
• Experience in developing construction schedules
• Strong informationgathering skills (communication skills)
• Strong meeting facilitation skills
