Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized proactive and detailoriented professional to join us as a Team Assistant with a primary focus on supporting the Industrial & Logistics Leasing team.
This role is dedicated to handson support of the Industrial & Logistics Leasing business with a further focused on People & Culture and office coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the business while also contributing to a positive and wellrun office environment
Core Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated administrative and organizational support to the the team.
- Support leasing agents throughout the full deal lifecycle from initial instruction through to completion.
- Prepare leasing proposals Heads of Terms presentations and transaction documentation.
- Track deals key milestones deadlines and next steps.
- Maintain accurate leasing pipelines and internal dealtracking systems.
- Prepare and update marketing materials for industrial and logistics properties.
- Manage property listings across internal databases and external platforms.
- Ensure accuracy consistency and high quality of all property and marketing information.
- Support marketing initiatives and campaigns for available assets.
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and property databases.
- Prepare leasing reports pipeline updates and activity summaries.
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy structure and organization.
- Conduct basic market research when required.
- Assist with invoicing commission tracking and expense processing related to leasing activities.
- Support calendar management travel arrangements and document preparation.
- Maintain wellorganized digital filing systems and documentation.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming communication in the office.
- Help ensure a professional welcoming and wellorganized office environment.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare room setups.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail deliveries and courier services.
- Provide administrative support to People & Culture activities and initiatives.
- Support internal events team meetings and employeerelated activities.
Qualifications :
Skills & Competencies
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with the ability to balance front-of-house and team responsibilities.
- Previous experience at least 2 years in the similar role.
- Fluent in Czech(or Slovak) and English language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional client-facing approach.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage
- Proactive flexible and able to work independently as well as part of a team
