As the Learning & Development Coordinator you will play a vital role in supporting the effective delivery of learning across ECL. You will administer our Learning Management System (LMS) coordinate training activity and provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the wider team.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external training providers ensuring learning programmes are well organised accessible and aligned to business needs.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented confident with digital systems and data and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

To be considered asLearning and Development Coordinator youneed:
- Have a passion for Learning and Development and supporting people to be confident and capable in their roles.
- Have experience of LMS systems in an administerial function with previous experience with TOTARA systems being advantageous.
- Be skilled in using IT systems and packages including Microsoft specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Have experience or ability of diary coordination and scheduling of a busy calendar.
- Have the ability to create eLearning with subject matter experts within the business or have the willingness to learn.
- Have strong organisation skills with an attention to detail and ability to problem solve using initiative and creativity.
- UK driving licence and ability to travel between sites when required.
