Overview

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Planning & Project Controls Engineer(1015 years) with strong Middle East construction and PMC background to support major mixed use development projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate must be proficient in planning scheduling project controls and claims management with solid knowledge of UAE authority approval procedures.

Your role

• Develop manage and update project schedules usingPrimavera P6and MS Project.
• Establish WBS activity sequencing progress tracking and schedule forecasting.
• Prepare lookahead schedules progress reports Scurves and dashboards.
• LeadEarned Value Analysis (EVA)and performance measurement.
• Review contractor schedules recovery plans and compliance with contract requirements.
• Review and assess Contractor Variation Orders and Delay Claims including time impact analysis and entitlement evaluation.
• Provide expert input on change orders delay analysis and claim justification.
• Manage schedule risks conduct risk analysis and update baselines as required.
• Coordinate planning inputs forUAE authority approvalsand maintain compliance with regulatory timelines.
• Support project managers with reporting early warnings and project controls documentation.
• Skills & Experience
• Strongexperience in marine works deep utilities infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
• Advanced knowledge of planning & project controls engineering workflows procurement and construction sequencing.
• Hands-on expertise in delay analysis techniques (TIA AsBuilt vs AsPlanned Window Analysis).
• Familiarity withFIDICcontracts and their impact on schedules and claims.
• Proficient inPrimavera P6 MS Project and project control tools.

About you

• Bachelors degree incivil engineering(mandatory).
• 1015 years of relevant planning & project controls experience including5 years in the Middle East.
• PMC consultancy experience is required.
• Certifications such asPMP PSPAACEIpreferred.
• Strong communication and technical reporting skills.
