Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executives at Extract Wellness.
- Manage schedules appointments and travel arrangements for the executives.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the executives.
- Prepare reports presentations and correspondence as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in project management and event planning.
- Act as a gatekeeper and effectively prioritize and delegate tasks.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of CBD products and wellness industry is a plus.
