Responsibilities * Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project plans including schedules budgets and resource allocation. * Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues. * Prepare regular project reports and presentations for stakeholders. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. * Facilitate project meetings and document key decisions and action items. * Support the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes. * Manage project documentation and ensure proper record keeping.
Qualifications * Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field. * Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role. * Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. * Advanced certifications in project management (PMP PRINCE2) are highly desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Project Excel and PowerPoint. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. * Healthcare experience is must * Experience working in the construction or infrastructure industry is desirable.
