What Youll Do as a Furniture Assembler:
Assemble products using basic hand tools like drills sanders and screwdrivers
Measure accurately using both metric and standard tape measures
Read and interpret shop drawings to correctly assemble products
Process parts on the Flatline and support departments with high-volume production needs
Operate equipment such as the assembly press and wrap machine
Build and assemble drawer boxes according to the production schedule
Check your work to ensure everything meets quality standards
Inspect parts and check your work throughout the process to ensure all products meet quality standards
Keep your workspace clean organized and safe
Our Ideal Furniture Assembler:
Experienced: 1 year of assembly experience preferred; comfortable using basic hand tools (drills sanders screwdrivers) and reading both standard and metric tape measures.
Coachable & Motivated: Open to feedback willing to learn and takes initiative to improve and grow.
Detail-oriented: Focuses on quality and accuracy in daily work.
Team Player & Reliable: Works well with others communicates clearly and shows up consistently with a positive attitude.
Active: Able to stand for extended periods perform repetitive tasks and bend kneel and lift up to 75 lbs.
What We Offer Our Furniture Assembler:
Full-time schedule with early Friday finish (Monday-Thursday 6:30 AM-4:00 PM Friday 6:30 AM-10:30 AM)
$16/hour for entry-level team members with higher pay based on related experience
