What this opportunity involves:
An apportunity to join a new technology and consulting client as a Facilities Coordinator in Brisbane CBD.

Lead day-to-day client activities for assigned properties and serve as the on-site key point of contact. Assist with site budgets accounting finance maintenance operations vendor oversight purchasing occupancy services helpdesk and project management. Deliver services in accordance with client Service Levels and KPIs.


An overview of the role:

  • Liaise with vendors and contractors to coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance inspecting all works to ensure required standards are met

  • Assist in vendor procurement and selection

  • Conduct daily office walk-throughs ensuring safe clean organised spaces

  • Process orders and track inventories for office supplies and equipment

  • Review and resolve ticket requests and Work Orders

  • Support Moves/Adds/Changes and minor project management

  • Provide meeting room booking support and receptionist coverage as needed

  • Coordinate pantry and vending machine inventory with staff

  • Manage purchase orders

  • Process vendor invoices and verify accuracy

  • Provide rostered 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance if required

  • Conduct regular safety audits and assist in carrying out safety procedures

  • Induct vendors to site-specific situations and maintain records

  • Perform general office tasks: documents spreadsheets publications signage

  • Liaise between office staff and facilities management for service requests

  • Assist with new hire onboarding and IT coordination

Sounds like you This is what we are looking for:

  • Experience in facilities property management hospitality customer service or related field

  • Strong leadership communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills; manages ambiguity conflicting priorities and high-pressure situations effectively

  • Financial Management/Budget experience

  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety critical facilities and vendor management (advantageous)

  • Proactive self-motivated professional with strong attention to detail
