ROLE

The Regional Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for international roles with a focus on the US market. This role emphasizes talent sourcing process optimization and market intelligence to enhance hiring outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including candidate sourcing screening qualification evaluation interviewing and follow-up for direct hires

Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and recommend enhancements to improve hiring quality and candidate experience

Source talent for Alibaba Clouds international roles across multiple regions with a focus on the US

Utilize diverse international recruitment methods to attract candidates and meet hiring targets

Monitor employment trends in key regions and assist leadership with periodic industry analyses

Contribute to reporting through talent interviews providing insights into market trends company structures and sector-specific talent landscapes

Support employer branding initiatives including presentations technical events and employee referral programs

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition methodologies

Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Experience using various sourcing platforms and recruitment tools

Demonstrated ability to apply diverse sourcing strategies

Strong analytical mindset

Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin

PREFFERED QUALIFICATION

Experience recruiting in cloud technology or data center environments

Ability to build talent pipelines and improve recruitment processes

Strong problem-solving organizational and project coordination skills

Excellent client service and communication abilities
