What is the job about

You will support our cluers with IT-related technical issues while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

As an IT Support Intern you will learn how to identify and troubleshoot hardware and software problems assist in maintaining IT systems and support day-to-day technical operations. You will develop practical skills in business software hardware systems and user support while working closely with the team.

This role is a great opportunity to build your technical knowledge improve your problem-solving skills and understand how IT operations function within a growing company.

What will you do

• Assist in installing and configuring computer systems and software for cluers

• Support the resolution of IT requests and incidents

• Help diagnose basic software networking and hardware issues

• Provide technical support both on-site and remotely

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware software and network problems

• Support the maintenance of the IT equipment inventory

• Help manage hardware purchases and track future needs

• Collaborate in managing relationships with IT service providers

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

• Support the configuration of internal tools (Google Workspace etc.).

What profile are we looking for

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field

• Basic knowledge of hardware software and networking concepts

• Familiarity with web services APIs or IP-based protocols is a plus

• Basic understanding of scripting (Shell Python etc.) is valued

• Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn

• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
