TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Singapore
Key Responsibilities
Manage Enterprise Management Information Platform Project to ensure it is delivered according to the requirements within committed timeline budget and scope.
Coordinate discussions alignments technical meetings and testing preparation and validation.
Support preparation of checklists and readiness documents for every project stage.
Assist in coordinate with internal teams (Infra App Security Ops PMO and other KRI owner) to ensure alignment on deliverables.
Track action items and follow up end to end with owners to ensure timely closure.
Prepare and maintain project artefacts: minutes status reports issue records project documents and sign off documents.
Support audit and compliance documentation.
Consolidate weekly/monthly progress updates for management and steering committees.
Key Requirements
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the following:
Technical Skills:
Good understanding and hands on in automation system integration and data engineering including data analysis data modelling (hierarchies and relationships) ETL development (data cleaning transformation) and data validation. Able to integrate data from multiple sources and build maintain and optimize ETL pipelines within AWS to integrate with other system
Good understanding and hands on in Designing and developing interactive intuitive dashboards using Power BI aligned with both business and operational needs and good UX design principles. Transform key metricssuch as governance risk finance and operationsinto clear actionable visuals that drive informed decision-making.
Good understanding and hands on with REST API eg : Able to write test validate API Call and understand how to get data from other system through API call
Good understanding and hands on using AWS services such as lambda EC2 S3 Glue
Worked with ServiceNow/tenable/sharepoint and other data sources before and know how to extract their data via API
Good understanding and hands on in programming & scripting eg: Python Unix Shell Script or Power Shell.
Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and company IT standards securities and governance.
