Job purpose:
INA Prime Solutions is our BPO line of business in Manila PH at Goway Travel Ltd. Our mission is to empower businesses through seamless outsourcing solutions leveraging skilled workforce to drive operational excellence and client success.

As an L&D Specialist you will be responsible for:

What will be your key responsibilities

  1. Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions in-person virtually or through blended learning approaches.
  2. Design and develop comprehensive training programs that align with the companys goals.
  3. Create training materials including manuals e-learning content and presentations.
  4. Collaborate with management and employees to identify training needs.
  5. Perform gap analyses to determine where current training is lacking and where improvements are needed.
  6. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys and performance metrics.
  7. Continuously update training programs based on feedback and changing company needs.
  8. Prepare reports on training effectiveness and present findings to management.
  9. Stay updated with the latest training technologies and methodologies to enhance training effectiveness.
  10. Work closely with managers and leads to develop specialized training content.
  11. Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to ensure training needs are met.
  12. Training is onsite with potential for remote work depending on training needs.
  13. Standard business hours with flexibility for evening or weekend sessions as required.
  14. Facilitate onboarding refresher and process-specific training sessions.
  15. Carry out ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as required providing support across all teams and ensuring smooth operations when unforeseen or urgent matters arise.

What are we looking for

  • For internal hire - has a knowledge about the products and processes and has an experience in conducting training and good track record is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to create engaging and informative training materials.
  • Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • Adaptability to work with various departments and training needs.
  • Ability to solve problems and develop effective strategies to enhance support quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in BPO
  • Experience delivering system training or client enablement sessions.
  • Experience working with GDS systems (Amadeus or similar).
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
