Job Summary

HR Generalist

Leverage data analytics to optimize HR decisions building dashboards (Power BI) tracking KPIs controlling headcount and driving data-driven actions to improve retention and workforce stability.

Drive recruitment and retention strategies for union population ensuring strong pipeline management effective hiring processes and close partnership with supervisors and plant leadership.

Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives in HR identifying root causes automating processes and promoting a culture of efficiency agility and organizational effectiveness.

Act as a strategic HR partner on the shop floor operating in a dynamic environment with high sense of urgency influencing decision-making and supporting cultural transformation aligned with business needs.

What is required:

Bachelors degree with proven experience in HR within industrial/manufacturing environments with strong exposure to shop floor dynamics and union population.

Advanced English proficiency with ability to interact in a global environment and support cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong analytical and digital mindset with experience in data analytics KPI management dashboards (Power BI) and process automation.

Operational agility and resilience able to work in fast-paced environments with high sense of urgency effective time management and availability for shift work (including night shift if required).
