Admissions & Data Officer role in Nottingham | Immediate Start

A prominent secondary academy in Nottingham City Centre is seeking a meticulous Admissions & Data Officer for a full-time permanent role starting ASAP. This position is the bridge between the schools community and its technical reporting requiring a specialist who can manage the student journey with humanity and precision.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end student admissions process acting as the primary point of contact for families.

• Coordinate all statutory data returns and ensure total accuracy in the student census.

• Produce high-level analytical reports on student progress and attendance for the SLT.

• Maintain the integrity of the schools MIS (e.g. Bromcom Arbor or SIMS).

Requirements

• Significant experience in school admissions or data management.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and a meticulous approach to data integrity.

• A professional demeanour and exceptional communication skills.

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
