Position Purpose:

オフィスマネジメント業務を通じて全社員が安心かつ快適に業務を遂行できる全社共通の職場環境を維持整備し会社全体の円滑な運営を支えることを目的とする

レポート先アフィリエイトオペレーションズ部部長

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

総務オフィスマネジメント一般的な庶務業務を含む担当として特定の部署に限定されない全社共通の社内環境の維持運営に関する実務を担当していただきます

主な業務内容は以下のとおりです

オフィス管理に関する業務全般

オフィス備品消耗品等の管理補充社員カード管理等セキュリティ業務業者様との窓口対応

• 社員の保管書類の管理業務外部倉庫会社との窓口対応
• 登記印章の管理および関連する事務処理
• 社宅の提供および管理社宅管理業者との窓口対応
• 人事部と連携した福利厚生制度の運用補助
• 災害対策災害対策委員事業継続計画および衛生管理環境の整備運用補助
• 社内イベントの運営
• 慶弔対応業務社内連絡関係部署との連携弔電等の手配および関連する事務対応

また所属部門長の指示により以下の業務を担当していただく場合があります

• 複数部署が関与する業務会議プロジェクトに付随するスケジュール予約契約業務および支払業務

Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

Education

• 高卒以上

Experience

• 5年以上の事務系業務の経験
• 総務または庶務業務の経験があれば尚可

Competencies

• Microsoft OfficeExcelWordPowerPoint 等の基本的な操作スキル
• 日常業務において英語のメール資料等に触れることに抵抗がない方
• 会話リスニング力は必須ではありません
• 複数の業務を関係者と調整しながら進められるコミュニケーション能力
• 正確性を求められる事務業務を責任感をもって遂行できる方
• 業務上知り得た情報を適切に取り扱い守秘性を遵守できる方
