Sales Recruiter (High-Volume & Rapid Growth)
Location: Phoenix AZ hybrid position
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5 Salary Bonus

What Youll Do
- Aggressive Screening &Sourcing: Identify and engage sales talent
- High-Volume Screening: Conduct 1520 daily phone screens focused on grit and fit
- Talent Advising: Partner with Sales Managers on hiring strategy
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a strong consistent brand experience
What Were Looking For
- The Sales Mindset: Persistent persuasive and objection-savvy
- Velocity: Experience in high-volume recruiting is a plus but we also welcome candidates who connect easily with others and possess excellent communication skills
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with ATS and sourcing tools
- Grit & Energy: A whatever-it-takes approach to hitting goals
